Mari Sian Davies received her Ph.D. in Psychology in 2009 from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research and clinical experience draws from the fields of clinical neuroscience (particularly brain imaging in children & adolescents), developmental psychology, cross-cultural psychology and neuropsychology. She has received training in neuropsychological assessment in the department of Psychology and David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, as well as at organizations such as The Help Group and other practices across Los Angeles.
Dr. Davies' ongoing research projects involve the neurobiological and socio-cognitive development of infants, children and adolescents, including those with developmental disorders such as autism. She currently serves as adjunct faculty at Antioch University, providing instruction in psychological and neuropsychological assessment to clinical psychology graduate students.
